DEAR CITIZENS,All tax payers and citizens have now an open line 9707 of the Tax Administration Call Center at their disposal. This Center has been launched in 2003. as one of the first of the kind in the Balkans. All telephone calls are free of charge.By means of dialing this open line from 08.00-16.00, tax payers and citizens are able to obtain necessary assistance and information in relation to their rights, obligations and protection of legal interests regarding tax regulations, as well as to report about any irregularities of tax payers, with an aim to protect their civil and consumer rights.By dialing 9707 free-of-charge open line, citizens may report probable cases of corruption and abuse of powers by tax officers, for the purpose of achieving goals and measures set out by the Action Plan against Corruption and Organized Crime.Monthly updated information from the 9707 Call Center is available at the Tax Administration website home page: www.poreskauprava.vlada.cg.yu. The efficiency and uniform actions of the Tax Administration have elicited positive comments of the citizens, so that the Call Center completely justified its intention, besides the transparency of activities, to offer to the citizens and tax payers an active role in creating a tax discipline and work ambience, which are synonyms of the contemporary society.In this way, the Tax Administration has efficiently participated in the implementation of all legal regulations and has also given an active contribution to combating gray economy, corruption and organized crime. The Tax Administration expects such means of cooperation to become a routine practice not only for tax payers but also for all the citizens and the public in general, in terms of improving the communication quality, internal cooperation and mutual professional trust, as well as in creating homogenous economic and taxability conditions.
