Tax Administration issued, according to the methodology of reporting on solving requests for free information access, in line with Law on free information access (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 68/o5) the report on the number of reports submitted to Tax Administration with organizational units for the period January-June 2008.In the period January-June 2008. 33 requests were submitted. All the requests were handled in legal way in the statutory term. 31 Resolutions were issued and 2 requests were dismissed by verdicts. In the above mentioned period no complaints were issued and the complaint issued on the resolution from December 2007 was dismissed by the resolution of Ministry of Finance, during this reporting period.
